Teifi Leisure Centre held a successful cycle challenge on the weekend where cyclists of varying abilities took part in as series of races backed by Ceredigion ACTIF.
The course took in some of the finest views along the West Wales coastline and cyclists had a choice of either a 12 a 16 or for the more energetic a 22.5 mile spin and Sportsline photographer Julie John was out and about with her lens and she has provided us with a lovely mix of photos.
