The race is about 24 miles of off road track with approx 4,700ft (1420m) of height gain and takes in the Preseli Hills, steep sided sections of the Gwaun Valley and offers spectacular views over Newport Bay from Carn Ingli ( if you still have any breathe left!)
AND THERE IS ALSO THE ULTRABEAST!!
Which has another 7 miles tagged on to it for the masochists and this incorporates the whole of the Preseli ridge.
The start and finish is in Maenclochog and race starts at around 9.00am tomorrow,
