Cwpan Coffa Dai Dynamo Davies
Crannog coasted through into round two of the Cwpan Dai Dynamo after they fired five past Cardigan Town at the King George field.
The Magpies who were missing their midfield talisman of James Evans and Ben Davies struggled to match the energy and physical strength of their opponents and it was pretty much game over at the break after the visitors had scored twice in quick succession just before half time.

Robbie Evans was the man on target for the opening two goals with the first of these the best one as he ran on to a fine pass and slipped the ball under advancing keeper Steff Marsden. The second was a much easier goal as he was left unmarked in the box with the Town defence caught napping and he steered the ball home from a few yards. At the other end Joost Burki went close with a header that flew just over the bar but the Magpies created very little and they were well marshalled by the Crannog defence.
George Colven made it 3-0 just before the break and two more from Dylan Davies and Eifion Jones in the second half completed a one sided victory.
There seems to be no stopping St Dogmaels at present as they have steam rollered almost all who they have played against apart from Llandysul who ran them close. It really was a walk in the park for the Saints at Llanon with the hosts unable to cope with the firepower of the greens. Front runners Louis Harding and Peter Almond scored seven goals between them and they ran riot throughout this one-sided affair.
The visitors went ahead after only four minutes when Harding netted and he went on to claim three more goals. His strike partner Almond claimed a hat trick and there were goals also for Chris Morgan,Dan Jones, Jack Thomas, Rhys Jones and Billy Myers.
Llandysul produced one of the outstanding results of the day when they fired six past reigning Ceredigion League champions Lampeter Town at Tir Y Dref. Jason Lynch on his debut set the Swallows on the right track with a goal either side of half time and further goals from Chris Harries with two, midfielder Lewis Jones and Ifan Sion completed a fine win. Outstanding for Llandysul were the teenage trio of Harri Wilson, Ifan Sion and Jayden Lynch.
Tregaron Turfs secured a safe passage through after they comfortably disposed of Dolgellau Reserves by 6-0. Goals from Arwel Jones, Ifan Jones, Rhun Garner, Ryan Hurrell, Carwyn Earey and Cerith Davies completed an easy win.
Penparcau continued with their rich vein of form as they defeated Ffostrasol by 5-2 and recently signed hot shot Mattie Davies was on target once again. Davies who transferred from Aberaeron a few weeks ago poached a brace of goals and there was one each for Mike Gornall, Lee Morgan and Neil Evans.
Two goals from Padarn United front runner Paul Keegan helped steer United to a narrow win over Dewi Stars. Steve Jones and Aled Parry Evans were also on target for the visitors.
Bont enjoyed an easy ride through despite being without several regulars for their tie with Costcutter Side New Quay. The Cambrian Tyres outfit included former Aberystwyth Town stalwart Glyndwr Hughes in their line up and duly delivered by putting away eight goals as he took advantage of some very generous defending. Chris Wilkins and James Fox completed the scoring for the home side.
Llanboidy moved safely through after they accounted for Aberporth by 6-4 thanks to goals from Sam Jackson,Jac Griffiths,Rhys Jenkins,Chris Bowen and a brace from Celt Jones.

Cup holders Newcastle Emlyn travelled to Llandrindod with just a bare eleven with manager Owain Thomas forced to don the keeper’s jersey but he and his team dug deep and managed to carve out a win.
The reds took an early lead when a low cross from Kai Evans was met by Daniel Jones who was playing in an unaccustomed role up front but the hosts equalised midway through the half when from a mix up at the back the ball was rifled past Thomas.
The visitors were reduced to ten men after the break when Tiago Cardoso, who was making his debut was shown a second yellow card for a reckless challenge. This though failed to deter Thomas and co and they played the rest of the game on the counter attack and bagged a second goal when a Cory Davies shot was half saved but Robbie Jenkins was on hand to tap the ball home. Jenkins added a second later in the game to seal the win.
