Division 2 west
Fishguard 16 Pembroke 17
A late penalty from Toby Smith snatched a dramatic win for newly promoted Pembroke at the expense of Fishguard & Goodwick
The seagulls who fought back from 14-3 down appeared to have sneaked a late win following a superb recovery but the visitors inspired by hard running skipper Scott Powell worked their way up the pitch for Smith to slot a simple three pointer.
However there was still time for the hosts to win deep into injury time but young fly half Mark Jones, who had a fine game was just off target with two penalty attempts and the Scarlets luck was in.
Burly prop come flanker Dom Colman powered his way over for the opening try before Smith converted and Pembroke went further in front with a try from centre Dan Colley, converted by Smith.
Seagulls skipper Chris Shousha reduced the deficit when he crashed over for an unconverted try and this was followed up by a well-struck penalty from Jones and Fishguard were back in the races. There was further joy for them when prop Ryan McVeigh was driven over from a line out five metres from the line with ten minutes to go and it looked all over for Pembroke until Smith spoiled the party with a late penalty.

Division 3 west A
Llanybydder 45 Tregaron 0
Llanybydder ran out comfortable winners over local rivals Tregaron at Parc OJ in a game that saw two red cards dished out to the hosts.
The All Blacks who suffered a heavy defeat the previous weekend were hoping to bounce back against a Llanybydder side missing several players because of injury.
Home centre Steff Richards gave the home team an early lead when he chipped over a penalty and this was extended after good work from the combination of No 8 Ricky Davies and scrum half Llyr James allowed full-back Dan Garside to cross.
Llanybydder went further ahead as powerful prop Zach Lowther crossed for a try which was followed by a try for blindside Bleddyn Jones. Steff Richards slotted three excellent conversions for a comfortable 24-0 lead.
Centre Arwel Thomas was then shown a red card for a tackle offence reducing the home side to 14 men.
There were further tries for captain Ricky Davies and former Cardigan fly-half Llyr Tobias. Richards added another three conversions before hosts flanker Liam Fitzpatrick was dismissed late on.
